This was a great summer, it was a golden summer in fact. It’s not that I wasn’t working, things were busy actually. But I did have some good time off, and took a break from blogging and invested my off-duty cycles into family, being outdoors, and enjoying life. It was great.
The kids returned to school yesterday, and I am back engaged in the normal pace of trying to hang onto the tail of the tiger known as internet technology. It felt time to return to this blog, so here you go, a “back to school” post.
Since a typical theme for such posts is “what I did on my summer vacation” I’ll bow to the wisdom of a picture being worth a thousand words and leave you with this image of the Pubnico windfarm on Nova Scotia. It generates 30.6 Megawatts. The full flickr photostream of the family trip to the Canadian Maritimes is here (geotagged thanks to the new flickr feature, thanks Kellan and team)
