I just cancelled my Bell South local service/ATT long Distance, and Bell South Internet DSL service. It took ten (10) people to do this. Service levels ranged from extremely poor attitude to very considerate. My first stock was at age 9 (AT&T) and now retired at age 49, I have nothing better to do than pursue the net att. I look forward to the challenge.
I also enjoyed your article.
