		<description>Short answer: both.  The first is probably dominate and will become more so.  For example the NFL Watcher (lets call him Joe) will not initally care and will not worry about it.  Consumption (beer and sport) will be what he cares about.  But then he will discover that he can comment, commiserate and discuss the NFL game (why NFL I don't understand...Union is a much better game) as the game goes on with the decentralised architecture.  Suddenly Joe is interested and publishing even if he doesn't realise it.
